We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Finance Manager to lead our accounting team and oversee all aspects of our financial operations. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will manage a team of six professionals and be responsible for the full spectrum of accounting functions, including payroll, bookkeeping, financial reporting, financial analysis, audit, tax, accounts payable, and cost accounting. The ideal candidate is a meticulous leader with a proven track record in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop an accounting team of six, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Financial Reporting: Oversee the month‑end and year‑end close processes, preparing timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP. General Ledger & Bookkeeping: Ensure the integrity of all financial transactions and the general ledger. Supervise daily bookkeeping activities. Payroll: Manage the entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness for all employees. Accounts Payable (AP): Supervise the full‑cycle AP process, including vendor relations, invoice processing, and payment disbursement. Audit & Tax: Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors during the annual audit. Manage all corporate tax compliance, including filings and correspondence with tax authorities. Cost Accounting: Develop and maintain cost accounting methodologies, analyze product and service costs, and provide insights on margins and profitability. Financial Analysis: Oversee financial analysis including new customer pricing assessments, project management pro forma development, and ongoing customer profitability assessments. Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and internal controls to increase efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications And Experience

7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements. Hands‑on experience managing payroll, AP, and the month‑end close process. Excellent leadership and team‑building skills. High proficiency in accounting software (preferably Workday, Oracle NetSuite, Sage) and Microsoft Excel. Education/Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is REQUIRED. Travel Requirements
