Owner / Director, Express Employment Professionals & Specialized Recruiting Group Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a Financial Advisor for a full-time opportunity in the Durham / Chapel Hill, NC market.
As a Financial Advisor, you will provide clients with personalized financial planning and investment guidance to help them achieve their long-term goals. This role involves assessing client needs, creating tailored financial strategies, and offering informed recommendations on investment, retirement, tax, and estate planning.
This is a full-time position directly with our client (no contracting or probationary period required). We’re targeting a compensation of $90,000 to $120,000, depending upon qualifications, but we are flexible for the right candidate.
Responsibilities Include:
Conduct comprehensive financial planning, including retirement, estate, tax, and risk management strategies.
Analyze client financial data to develop and present customized plans and investment strategies.
Monitor client portfolios and provide regular updates and recommendations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and service.
Stay current on financial markets, economic trends, and new products.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and professional standards.
Represent the firm professionally in client and community interactions.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant financial planning or advisory experience.
FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or Series 63 and 65) preferred.
Enrollment in, or completion of, a CFP® or ChFC® program strongly preferred.
Commitment to ethical standards and ongoing professional development.
