Overview
We seek exceptional individuals with a strong focus on sales to join our firm as Financial Advisors (FA) (Financial Planners). This is a top-tier position for motivated FAs with outstanding sales skills and a drive for success. We seek sales-oriented individuals who thrive on working with High-Quality Prospects (HQP) and delivering exceptional financial services. Responsibilities
Meet with High-Quality Prospects (HQP), understand their financial needs and retirement goals, and convert them into High-Quality Clients (HQC). Lead educational seminars and present financial solutions to potential clients; utilize public speaking to educate clients on suitable options. Lead a team initially with an Account Manager (AM) who handles administrative work and asset transfers; collaborate with a Junior Planner (JP) as the book of business grows. Oversee client issues and guide the team to ensure exceptional client service. Engage in sales activities, including client meetings and relationship-building, dedicating 80%+ of working time to sales-related tasks; limit administrative tasks to
Manage and grow relationships with HQPs to build a strong client base and revenue stream. Qualifications
Active State Life and Health License or willingness to pass exam within 30 days of employment. Must hold an active Series 65 or 7/66 (or willingness to take and pass the Series 65 within 60 days of employment). Prior experience in wealth or financial planning, advising, or life and annuity sales is preferred; exceptional salespeople from other backgrounds who want to enter Financial Planning are welcome. Strong ability to identify and engage HQPs with investable assets ranging from $500k to $5M. Self-motivated with a track record of exceeding sales targets and earning substantial income (W2 on-target earnings Year 1: $135,000; Year 2: $200,000+; Senior Advisors earn $400k - $1M+ based on performance). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport and long-term client relationships. Ability to work flexible hours, including 2–4 evenings per week, to accommodate client availability. Leadership ability to oversee a team and collaborate effectively as the book of business grows. Commitment to continuous learning about financial products and industry trends to provide up-to-date advice.
