Overview
Manager/Senior Manager | Transfer Pricing | OECD | US/ UK Shift | Big 4 Experience mandatory Responsibilities
Responsible for the preparation of extensive transfer pricing models (Excel workbooks) to calculate and execute the EMEA/UK services charge to EMEA operating affiliates and regional headquarter service charges for UK purposes. Assisting with the preparation of extensive residual profit split model to determine transfer pricing adjustments to divisional entities. Responsible for the administration of transfer pricing models. Oversee the implementation of arm’s length pricing for various cross-border, intercompany transactions. Analyze and interpret financial and qualitative data for the purpose of compliance with transfer pricing requirements, such as brokerage commission sharing data. Ensure the timely completion and filing of transfer pricing documentation reports (including the Master File, Local File, Country-by-Country report and notification) in significant jurisdictions. Responsible for the preparation of transfer pricing binders to support arm’s length pricing of cross-border, intercompany transactions to comply with transfer pricing rules for EMEA jurisdictions. Draft legal agreements to support cross-border, intercompany charges (i.e., service agreements, and promissory notes). Prepare and review journal entries to record estimated and final intercompany charges, including the local tax impact, and prepare and review invoices for charges. Research tax issues, tax treaties, and analyze permanent establishment risk. Mentor and coach staff members. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Economics. Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant designation a plus. 6+ years operational transfer pricing experience with corporate tax department, preferably with Multi National Enterprise, and 2+ years Big 4 or regional/national CPA firm. Working knowledge of OECD guidelines. Strong technology/computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Power Pivot and Alteryx with a focus toward automated solutions and improved operational outcomes. Strong accounting skills, including general ledger platform experience. Microsoft PowerSuite software experience is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Results oriented with the ability to solve problems and work independently and/or in a team environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
