East Coast Seafood Group is seeking a detail-oriented
Accounts Payable Administrator
to join our Finance team. This role is key to ensuring our vendors are paid accurately and on time, while supporting the broader Finance function in keeping our operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do
Review invoices for proper documentation and approvals before processing Enter invoices into the accounting system accurately and on schedule Process payments (checks and electronic transfers), obtain signatures, and distribute as directed Serve as the first point of contact for vendor inquiries related to Accounts Payable Maintain reports, spreadsheets, and AP files for the company Support monthly closings, audits, and financial analysis as needed Assist corporate financial officers with special projects and reporting Provide occasional administrative support to various departments and team members What We’re Looking For
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with accuracy Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Professional communication and interpersonal skills for working with vendors and colleagues Why Join Us

This is a
full-time, non-exempt position
based in New Bedford, MA Normal office environment with occasional exposure to seafood allergens Ability to sit, walk, and perform computer-based tasks for extended periods; occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
