We foster a workplace culture that values diversity, inclusion, teamwork, and shared success, empowering every employee to thrive.**What You'll Do*** Manage inventory and cost accounting, including valuation, reconciliations, and margin reporting.* Maintain accurate inventory records for copper raw materials, WIP, and finished goods across multiple facilities.* Analyze inventory variances and provide actionable insights for operations and finance leadership.* Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure data integrity, costing accuracy, and internal control compliance.* Support physical inventory counts, reconciliation, and related financial reporting.* Partner with the Controller to ensure proper accounting for inventory and COGS.* Serve as a key liaison for ERP system implementation (Microsoft Dynamics 365), supporting enhancements and reporting requirements.* Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.* Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and corporate policies.* Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and support schedules.* Support the month-end close process for timeliness and accuracy.* Assist with corporate internal audits and resolve audit requests.* Maintain fixed asset records, depreciation schedules, and capital project accounting.* Document accounting policies and procedures and assist with compliance monitoring.* Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen efficiency and internal controls.* Assist with special projects, system upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.* Partner with the Controller on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.* Provide financial insight to operations leadership to drive cost optimization and business performance.**What You'll Need*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred).* 6+ years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.* Strong expertise in inventory and cost accounting.* ERP system experience required; Microsoft Dynamics 365 highly preferred.* Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or other reporting tools a plus.* Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.* Ability to adapt, collaborate across functions, and take on broader responsibilities as the business evolves.**What You'll Gain*** Be part of a dynamic, collaborative team that achieves remarkable results.* Competitive benefits package, including:
