We are seeking an experienced National Accounts Receivable Manager. As part of our management team, you will help oversee all accounts receivable personnel, manage full-cycle accounts receivable process, monitor customer aging, identify problem accounts and facilitate timely collections. Identifying broader accounts receivable issues and implementing solutions to drive quality and productivity, while achieving real time desired service levels. Ensuring positive internal and external relationships remain strong by identifying and mitigating collection as well as aging issues before they arise. Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the National Accounts Receivable team. Work closely with A/R team by identifying, resolving and mitigating A/R issues and concerns. Develop close customer partnerships to resolve collection disputes. Partner with the national account sales team and OpCo\'s to align on objectives and resolution of customer disputes. Above average understanding of warehouse and transportation operations and billing procedures to form solid opinions and feedback of corrective actions. Proactively participate in resolving operational issues before they develop into collection problems. Review existing process workflow and actively engage in ways to promote improvement through the utilization of technology. Regularly provide metrics, KPI\'s and adhoc reporting. Demonstrate a collaborative work style with a customer focused approach Support monthly and quarterly financial close by providing reporting and audit support. Assess risk for allowance of doubtful accounts and recommendations for write-offs. Conduct one-on-one performance reviews frequently to align with yearly performance review. Assist in the development of departmental policies and procedures. Hire, train, coaching and mentor members of the accounts receivable team. Performs other related duties as assigned. Desired Skills

High School Diploma or GED Minimum 7+ years of work experience in accounts receivable 5+ years managerial exposure in managing a team of associated in a delivery and operational role 3+ years of experience with ERP systems (SAP system in ECC 6.0 A/P environment highly desired) Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in accounting or finance AS400 experience a plus Warehouse, transportation, or distribution experience a plus EEO Statement
