Responsibilities
Provide a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line while handling transactional needs (deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other teller transactions) Answer customer inquiries regarding products and services; fulfill basic servicing requests (new/replacement cards, information changes, PIN resets, reordering checks, basic problem resolution) Develop relationships with customers and stay informed about their relationship with the bank Educate customers on standard consumer products and digital solutions (mobile, online, and ATM offerings) Assist branch and team members with basic tasks to support customer problem resolution May conduct outbound calls to educate customers on emerging technology and assist with financial needs Refer customers to internal experts for more complex financial goals and needs Follow all bank processes and regulations; assist in managing operational risks as a branch team member Assist in achieving branch targets by identifying customer needs and providing guidance on Regions’ solutions Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Ability to work Saturdays as needed Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels Ability to use a computer frequently, including typing and monitor attention Ability to walk and stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 20 pounds Preferences
One year of banking, cash-handling, and/or customer service experience Skills and Competencies
