Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a qualified Principal Program Cost Schedule & Control Analyst (Level 3) or Sr. Principal Program Cost Schedule & Control Analyst (Level 4) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will interface with program managers, functional management, and cost account managers to provide financial and administrative support and analysis to meet program requirements. Responsibilities

Lead and train other analysts on Earned Value Management (EVM) tasks for full level 1 EVM contracts as needed. Apply EVM concepts and performance measurement baseline to multiple contracts for control accounts within an engineering IPT. Establish Work Breakdown Structure for execution of budgeted cost of work scheduled. Assess and maintain objective performance criteria; develop, maintain, analyze and justify estimates to complete. Support internal and external reporting requirements for variance analysis and budgeting baseline. Maintain solid and accurate cost and schedule integration with business partners and program teams. Analyze funding, cost risk, and visibility reports; prepare government cost performance reports and review performance measurement variance analysis. Additional Responsibilities

Perform analysis and prepare reports to ensure contracts are within negotiated parameters and government cost control guidelines. Support monthly and quarterly financial forecasting and reporting processes. Provide internal reporting requirements, incorporate forecast, identify staffing issues related to baseline/ETC, and implement corrective actions using program reporting tools. Interface with Business Managers and support booking rate files and profitability updates. Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to work with the Program Office while leading a smaller team. Basic Qualifications

Level 3

Master's degree with 3 years of experience or Bachelor's degree with 5 years in business, finance, accounting, program control, or related fields. Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Experience supporting monthly financial forecasting rhythm. Experience with EAC development and analysis. Experience with MPM and/or Cobra; Earned Value Management (EVM). Active DoD Secret Clearance; ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access prior to starting the position. Level 4

Master's degree with 6 years of experience or Bachelor's degree with 8 years in related fields. Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Experience supporting monthly financial forecasting rhythm. Experience with EAC development and analysis. Experience with MPM and/or Cobra; Earned Value Management (EVM). Active DoD Secret Clearance; ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access prior to starting the position. Applicable Earned Value Management experience must be listed on your resume to be considered. Preferred Qualifications
