Lead and support a team of loan officers; structure, teach, and coach to improve performance. Manage pipelines, generate and nurture leads, and build relationships with clients and referral sources. Assist in file structuring and ensure adherence to lending guidelines (including DU/LP) and product knowledge (Fannie/Freddie, Gov, Non-QM). Qualifications
Experienced Mortgage Loan Officer with knowledge of DU/LP and familiarity with Fannie/Freddie guidelines; Gov and Non-QM product knowledge is a plus. Strong leadership and coaching abilities; able to build and lead a team. Relentless work ethic with willingness to work 7 days a week and 12-15 hours per day as needed.
