Structure and coach loan files, teach file structuring and lending best practices. Lead and support a team of loan officers; be a back-end resource for the team. Manage pipelines, generate leads, build relationships with referral sources, and coach colleagues. Be the go-to expert for structuring loans and mentoring new team members (including 6 new LOs in the last 30 days). Work in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork. Qualifications
Experienced Mortgage Loan Officer with proven ability in mortgage origination. Mastery of Conventional (Conventional/Fannie/Freddie), Government, and Non-QM loan programs. DU/LP fluency and deep knowledge of underwriting guidelines. Strong knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines. Leadership potential and willingness to build and lead a team; coaching and training skills. Relentless work ethic and willingness to work long hours as needed; remote work capability. Job Details
