Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Finance manager to lead the production revenue accounting (PRA) module implementation for our upstream oil & gas clients. This role involves bridging business and technical teams, designing solution specifications, and managing project delivery. Key Responsibilities

Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions Manage billable client charging and lead delivery streams Supervise professional employees or oversee teams to achieve complex technical initiatives Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field 4–6 years of SAP consulting experience focused on the PRA module within the IS‑OIL industry solution Proven track record of successful project delivery in the Upstream Oil & Gas sector Strong understanding of revenue accounting processes, production reporting, and regulatory requirements in the oil and gas industry Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment Strong written and verbal presentation, client service, and technical writing skills Experience developing functional specifications is a must Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated at 60+% Benefits
