As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), your journey begins obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, where you receive dedicated and personalized classes for your Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 Exams. You will be taught the foundational skills needed to be an advisor – from acquiring, building and managing client relationships to considering a client’s complex financial picture and guiding them with advice and solutions to help them live their best financial lives, all while humanizing financial interactions. You will work in a financial center delivering Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions, and client care. The Academy will support you with tools and resources throughout your career. Progression: After demonstrated success as a licensed Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you may advance to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, expanding relationships within a portfolio of clients. The Academy provides dedicated programs, tools, and resources along the way. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. You will be required to complete the SAFE Act background check and registration process. Failure to obtain or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in termination. Responsibilities
Build a successful career through world-class training and onboarding programs. Receive coaching from Academy managers to support your success. Grow knowledge by using a defined consultative approach with clients to identify needs and solutions. Earn SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (63 & 65 accepted in lieu of 66) with structured study time; obtain SIE within 30 days of hire and Series 7 & 66 within 120 days. Build and manage client relationships, and deliver end-to-end comprehensive advice with client reviews and presentations. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to meet client needs. Qualifications
Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses. Self-discipline in managing time and capacity. Experience in cultivating client relationships, needs assessment, and solution recommendations. Strong collaboration and communication skills; results-driven while prioritizing client interests. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to learn and adapt to new technology or applications. Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services industry or sales experience. Skills
