The
Financial Controller
will oversee
accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and job costing . This role ensures compliance with
GAAP, SOX, and industry regulations , optimizes financial processes, and provides strategic insights to executive leadership. Key Responsibilities
Financial Oversight
– Manage
AR, AP, Payroll, and Service functions
while enforcing strong internal controls. Financial Planning & Reporting
– Oversee
budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
to drive profitability. Job Costing & Compliance
– Monitor
cash flow, contracts, and percentage-of-completion accounting . Payroll & Operations Leadership
– Ensure timely payroll processing and debt management. Strategic Leadership
– Provide financial insights to support business growth. Audit & Compliance
– Coordinate with
internal/external auditors
for tax and financial reporting. Team Development
– Lead and mentor the
finance team
to ensure efficiency and accountability. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years
of financial management experience (construction or publicly traded industry preferred). CPA, CMA, or CCIFP
preferred. Strong knowledge of
GAAP, SOX, and ERP systems. Proficiency in
