Overview
Sr. Financial Analyst - Government Accounting and Compliance Join to apply for the Sr. Financial Analyst - Government Accounting and Compliance role at CAES by Honeywell. Position can sit in Clearwater, FL; Lansdale, PA; Phoenix, AZ; San Diego, CA; or San Jose, CA. No relocation is available for this role. Responsibilities
Analyze and prepare annual Incurred Cost Proposals and forward pricing rate proposals; perform unallowable reviews related to final claimed cost; act as primary interface with DCAA audits of these proposals. Prepare regular Rate Monitorship Reports, including variance analysis, data analytics, and trend analyses. Support time charging activities to reinforce internal controls and monitor labor compliance. Support SAP Rate Maintenance and Validation for Aerospace CAS Compliant Segments. Support cross-functional Government Compliance and Finance matters; reinforce awareness through training, prepare white papers, and test internal controls. Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business, with emphasis in Accounting or Finance. Five or more years of accounting/financial analysis experience. Eligibility requirement: must be a “US Person” under US export laws or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license. Preferred Strong SAP experience. Strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills. Experience with FAR, CAS and U.S. Government Compliance is desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. CPA and/or Government Contract Accounting is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial skills; independent, self-starter with a collaborative mindset. Bias for action, ability to meet tight deadlines, and strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. Six Sigma certification or training is preferred. Base Salary:
$105,000/year to $135,000/year. Final salary may vary based on location, role, education, and experience. Benefits:
