Job Description 🔠What You’ll Do
Own and oversee month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations under US GAAP
Partner with outsourced finance teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting
Support internal and external financial reporting, SOX controls, and audit processes
Collaborate with FP&A, Treasury, and senior finance leaders across EMEA
Drive process improvements and contribute to system enhancements
🎯 What We’re Looking For
2â“3 years of experience, ideally in outsourced finance environments or at a commercial real estate company
Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, complex functions)
Experience with USGAAP or IFRS is nice to have but not obligatory
Workday, Hyperion knowledge a plus
Fluent in English; other European languages are a bonus
