Part-Time Salesperson
to support our business development and client engagement efforts. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a passion for relationship building, and a keen interest in real estate. You’ll work closely with our brokerage teams to identify opportunities, generate leads, and help grow our client base. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the commercial real estate industry while working a flexible, part-time schedule. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new client leads through outreach, networking, and referrals Assist in presenting Cushman & Wakefield services to prospective clients Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate sales activity and contact information Coordinate and participate in client meetings, property tours, and presentations Collaborate with marketing teams to prepare proposals and sales materials Track market activity and report on competitor trends and opportunities Support brokers with administrative and research tasks as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business, sales, or real estate preferred Previous sales, business development, or customer-facing experience (real estate preferred but not required) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized, with strong follow-up and multitasking abilities Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Real estate license (or interest in obtaining one) is a plus What We Offer Flexible part-time schedule ideal for students or professionals seeking supplemental income Competitive compensation with commission incentives Training and mentorship from experienced industry professionals Opportunities for professional development and growth A dynamic and inclusive work environment backed by a world-class brand Seniority level
