Guide applicants through the application process and execute lease signings efficiently. Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and promote property vacancies. Effectively turn prospects into residents by providing a seamless and positive leasing experience. Qualifications
Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills. Energetic, outgoing personality and excellent people skills. Exceptional leasing, sales, and marketing skills. Student housing experience a plus Familiar with rental application process and lease signings. Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. Proven success using various online and social media platforms for marketing. Proficient with Yardi Voyager is a plus Benefits
