Business Analyst

for our Executive Division. Role As our Business Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of transforming data into actionable insights and optimizing business processes across the organization. This is not just a reporting role — it’s a position that requires deep collaboration, curiosity, and a systems-thinking mindset. In this role, you will:

Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and program effectiveness. Analyze complex data sets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities that inform decision-making. Design and implement business solutions that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business units, translating needs into clear requirements. To support onboarding and training, the initial weeks of employment may be conducted in-office. Following this period, remote work may be available on an intermittent basis, as determined by the manager. Your Experience, Skills, And Education Should Include Proven experience in business analysis, data analytics, or process improvement. Strong understanding of housing finance, public policy, or nonprofit operations (preferred). Experience with mortgage loan operations and lending. Experience with Encompass by ICE Mortgage Technology. Proficiency in tools like SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Education: nine to ten years relevant work experience, Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
