Associate Accountant
for our Finance & Accounting Division.
Role responsibilities
Manage all functions of the Master Servicing System to maintain accurate financial information regarding the single-family mortgage portfolio.
Interpret and record accurate monthly investment system transactions.
Manage daily loan and program receipt transactions.
Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts and/or bank statements monthly.
To support onboarding and training, the initial weeks of employment will be conducted in-office. Following this period, remote work may be available on an intermittent basis, as determined by the manager.
Experience, skills and education
Strong accounting knowledge and experience
Strong ability to leverage computerized financial and accounting systems
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy
Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or at least three years relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Compensation and benefits Starting Pay:
$25.00 - $30.50 per hour , dependent on relevant experience
