On-Site 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Responsibilities
Manage the full AP cycle, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing and payments Maintain vendor relationships and resolve payment issues Oversee daily bank transactions, account accuracy, and fraud monitoring Manage equipment floor plan inventory and coordinate with vendors Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit standards Lead HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee development Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with labor laws Maintain HR policies and support employee relations, engagement, and performance reviews Handle payroll processing and benefits enrollment Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, human resources, business, or related field preferred 5-7 years of progressive experience in AP and HR, with 2-3 years in a leadership role Experience in a dual-role or small/mid-sized company strongly preferred Familiarity with ADP is a plus Benefits
