AP Specialist
will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for month end accounts payable closing procedures Reports sales taxes by calculating requirements on paid invoices Disburses petty cash by recording entry and verifying documentation Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions Responding to all vendor inquiries regarding finance Pays vendors by tracking discounts, verifying tax IDs, resolving discrepancies, and processing payments Other duties as assigned The
AP Specialist
will possess the following: EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Associates Degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of related experience Excellent analytical skills; sound understanding of accounting principles Intermediate experience with Microsoft Suites and similar programs Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment Excellent interpersonal skills Equal Opportunity Employer The compensation philosophy reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting.
