Position: Audit Manager. You will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating the internal audit activities within the organization. Requires a keen eye for detail, solid accounting knowledge, and commitment to integrity and professionalism. Primary responsibilities
Oversee and manage the internal audit department to ensure smooth operation. Develop and implement audit plans to assess risk, identify issues, and evaluate internal controls. Prepare and present audit findings to senior management, with recommendations for improvements. Coordinate with external auditors to ensure a successful and efficient audit process. Provide guidance and leadership to junior audit staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards. Continually develop knowledge of sector trends, audit best practices, and changes in laws to ensure appropriateness of the audit process. Perform ad-hoc audits or reviews as requested by senior management. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree or CPA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of auditing experience with proven leadership of audit teams. Strong knowledge of auditing principles, financial data analysis, and reporting. Proficiency in auditing software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for diverse audiences. Ability to manage multiple projects with prioritization and attention to detail. Benefits
