Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Global Treasury Analyst to join our finance team. This role will manage global cash, liquidity, and risk, supporting multi-currency operations and ensuring efficient treasury processes across all regions. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, international finance experience, and expertise in treasury systems.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage global cash positions, liquidity, and short-term investments.
Support foreign exchange (FX) risk management and hedging strategies.
Facilitate cross-border payments and intercompany funding.
Maintain relationships with global banking partners and ensure compliance with international regulations.
Prepare treasury reports, forecasts, and dashboards for leadership.
Collaborate with regional finance teams to optimize working capital and cash efficiency.
Assist in treasury system enhancements and process improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in corporate treasury, preferably with global exposure.
Strong understanding of cash management, FX, banking operations, and risk management.
Proficiency with treasury management systems and Excel; ERP experience preferred.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
Experience with multi-currency operations and international banking regulations.
Knowledge of hedging instruments and treasury risk management strategies.
Professional treasury certification (e.g., CTP) is a plus.
Salary range: $75,000 - $100,000 per year.
