Overview
The Treasury Analyst will oversee the organization’s day-to-day treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, banking relationships, and debt compliance. This role is key to optimizing working capital, supporting financing activities, and ensuring robust treasury accounting controls. Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr - $105,555.00/yr Additional compensation types
Annual Bonus Responsibilities
Manage daily cash positioning, transfers, and short-term investment strategies across multiple accounts and entities. Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts (short and long term) to support operational and strategic decisions. Oversee banking relationships, including account structure, bank fees, services, and compliance with covenants. Monitor debt obligations, interest payments, and covenant reporting, ensuring compliance with credit agreements. Evaluate and implement treasury technology tools, including TMS platforms, bank portals, and automation solutions. Collaborate with FP&A, accounting, and tax teams to align treasury activities with broader financial strategy. Ensure strong internal controls over treasury transactions, including documentation and SOX compliance if applicable. Support capital markets activity, FX/interest rate risk strategies, and hedging programs as needed. Prepare management reporting and ad hoc analyses related to liquidity, financing, and cash trends. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CTP preferred). 1–4 years of treasury, corporate finance, or related experience. Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity planning, and financial instruments. Experience with treasury systems and bank portals; advanced Excel skills required. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Preferred Qualifications
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation. Experience managing treasury operations in a multi-entity or international environment. Familiarity with debt compliance, derivatives, or FX hedging strategies. Seniority level
