Summary:

AW Property Co. (AW) is a fully integrated real estate investment company that specializes in acquiring and enhancing medical office properties in major markets throughout the United States Sunbelt region. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset Management Analyst to join our team. The analyst will assist in the financial management of AW’s existing portfolio of properties and support investor relations. The position will be based between AW’s corporate headquarters in North Palm Beach, Florida, and its regional office in Boca Raton, Florida.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, economics or real estate and a minimum of two years of real estate acquisition, asset management, due diligence, investment banking or lending experience. Must be organized and possess strong analytical skills, understand real estate financial metrics and be detail-oriented and process-driven. Additionally, the candidate must possess strong writing and verbal communication skills. The position requires proficiency with Argus and Microsoft Office Suite.

Supervisor:

Reports to the Director, Portfolio Management

Job Responsibilities:

Assist with monitoring performance of existing portfolio with ongoing financial analysis, maintenance of AW’s proprietary asset management platform which includes monitoring and analyzing portfolio and property level KPI’s.

Assist with preparation of monthly asset management reports, annual business plans, and quarterly investment reports.

Participate in asset management meetings.

Maintain active Argus models for properties to be used for forecasting and valuations of respective funds.

Assist with internal property valuations including analysis of financials, market conditions and comparable data.

Investor Relations:

Support existing investor relations, assist with investor inquiries, oversee internal preparation of responses and coordinate prompt and thorough replies to investors.

Assist in the preparation and distribution of key investor communications and updates, including letters, quarterly reports, tax forms, capital calls and other communications.

Manage and expand use of investor portal and CRM data system.

Maintain investor database and track interactions with prospective investors.
