Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated TurboTax Live Seasonal Local Service Associates in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States on a seasonal basis. This unique opportunity combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.
Overview As a TurboTax Live - Seasonal Local Service Associate, you will serve as a trusted advisor, empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while supporting Intuit’s mission of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
About The Role You will work on‑site from a TurboTax location, serving customers both in‑person and virtually using Intuit TurboTax products. Your tax expertise will provide full‑service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support. You will handle simple W2 filings, navigate life events (marriage, children, elder care), and manage more complex scenarios like business income, amendments, or investments. Additionally, you will play a key role in growing TurboTax’s client base within the local community, establishing long‑term relationships, and driving customer loyalty.
What You’ll Do
Provide Tax Expertise – Give hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
Be a Proactive Community Ambassador – Embody a “community ambassador” mindset to cultivate a robust customer base for TurboTax.
Educate and Communicate Confidently – Represent TurboTax in your local community and host engaging learning events.
Build Relationships – Connect with people, demonstrate understanding and sensitivity to their financial concerns.
Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience – Create an exceptional customer experience, professionalism, and genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Who You Are
Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
Familiarity with Circular 230
Willing and available to work a static weekly schedule with a minimum of 24 hours per week at a TurboTax location.
Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Associate.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
