Responsibilities

Conduct statistical analyses of large-scale omics data (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics) using appropriate statistical and computational methods. Develop and apply innovative statistical methods and software for analysis of genome-wide association studies, sequencing data, and multi-omics integration. Collaborate with Principal Investigators and partners to translate data into knowledge for precision medicine. Prepare manuscripts and present research findings at scientific conferences; contribute to grant writing as needed. Engage in biostatistical methodology development and applied collaborative research in biostatistics and quantitative health. Qualifications

PhD in Biostatistics/Bioinformatics, Data Science, Computer Science, Genetics or related field. Strong programming skills in R and/or Python. Research background in biostatistics, statistical genetics, or population genetics. Experience analyzing data in areas such as genome-wide association studies, whole-genome sequencing, RNA-seq, epigenetics, proteomics, metabolomics, or Alzheimer’s disease.
