This position is for our new restaurant at the Pavilion at Michigan Medicine. What You’ll Do
Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations Assist with food prep, cooking, plating, and presentation Lead and motivate kitchen staff during service Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness Help execute off-site catering events with precision and professionalism Contribute to menu development and prep planning What We’re Looking For
4+ years experience as a Sous Chef Strong culinary skills and kitchen leadership Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Able to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments Team player with a passion for food and service Why Work With Us
