Leadership in customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader. High retention ability through employee development and empowerment. Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs. Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs. Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment by following health and sanitation procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel. High School diploma or GED preferred, or at least one year of retail management experience. Valid Driver’s License and automotive liability insurance.
