We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Corporate Legal team with a primary focus on Non‑Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and other contract management. This role will oversee the intake, review, and execution of NDAs and related agreements, ensuring compliance with internal processes and supporting business teams in managing contract compliance. The ideal candidate will have familiarity working with basic legal contracts, combine strong communication skills with a process‑driven mindset, and thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the intake, routing, and tracking of NDAs through clearance, legal review, approval, and execution.

Under attorney supervision, review, revise and negotiate NDAs and related contracts.

Act as a point of contact for business teams, providing guidance, training and responding to inquiries.

Maintain and promote the use of approved templates and forms, reducing reliance on third‑party paper and associated costs.

Oversee the recordkeeping and reporting of activity to ensure compliance, accuracy, and accessibility.

Serve as a liaison with outside counsel, coordinating workflow and ensuring processes align with business needs.

Identify and recommend process improvements to reduce administrative burden on business teams and enhance efficiency.

What you should bring

2+ years of paralegal or contract administration experience, preferably in a corporate legal department or law firm.

Strong knowledge of contract review and standard legal processes.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage a high volume of agreements.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively with legal, business, and external partners.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with contract management tools.

Preferred Skills

Experience supporting a corporate legal team in financial services, asset management, or a similarly regulated industry.

Familiarity with NDA templates, confidentiality terms, and commercial contracting processes.

Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Problem‑solving skills and a proactive, process‑improvement mindset.
