If you are a

Contracts/Corporate Paralegal with Data Privacy exposure seeking

a high-impact, highly visible role working directly with the C-suite and outside counsel, APPLY HERE: What You’ll Do (including but not limited to) Act as the point of contact for

pre-litigation consumer complaints , subpoenas, and legal escalations: Triage, log, and track issues Collect supporting documents and evidence Summarize claims and coordinate responses with outside counsel Assist with

matter management and legal operations : Maintain legal trackers, calendars, issue lists, and internal dashboards Create and manage internal processes, SOPs, and templates Support the drafting and review

of:

NDAs, Vendor agreements, Customer contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), Contract amendments Leverage internal templates/playbooks and escalate deviations to counsel Coordinate closely with internal teams and external counsel to facilitate discovery, document production, and filings Own version control, document storage, and ensure timely follow-ups on contract obligations and legal deadlines Support operational execution of

GDPR

and

CCPA

requirements: Fulfill data subject access requests and deletion requests in coordination with legal and business units Assist with

Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs/DPIAs)

for new vendors, technologies, and marketing initiatives Help maintain and version

internal privacy policies

and

external privacy notices Coordinate privacy training logistics and compliance documentation Support

third-party risk

management by helping conduct vendor privacy assessments and supporting DPA negotiations Maintain audit-ready logs, metrics, and status updates for all privacy-related activities Requirements 5+ years of

corporate in-house paralegal

experience (legal ops or legal tech a plus) Deep familiarity with contract workflows and operations in high-growth or entrepreneurial environments Experience supporting privacy operations or interfacing with privacy/compliance teams under legal supervision Proven ability to

organize, build structure, and manage competing priorities Proficient with spreadsheets, trackers, and collaborative tools (Google Workspace, Excel, etc.) Strong writing skills and attention to detail Preferred Industry Backgrounds ECommerce Fintech Consumer Internet / SaaS / Tech-enabled Services Benefits 3 annual lifestyle stipends ($1,500 each)
