Pay Rate: $32.47/hr
Must have 2-3 years supervisor experience in security
Must have an active unarmed security license
Healthcare experience preferred
Job Description Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor. General purpose and function of the Site Supervisor encompasses the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services for a client’s site. Due to the safety sensitive nature of this role, qualified candidates must submit to drug screening. Assignment is in a healthcare facility, TB test and certain vaccinations may be required.
Requirements
Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record or Government/State ID
2 Years verifiable employment history relating to this position (Security, Healthcare, Customer Service, Military, Law Enforcement, Corrections)
Natural Hair Color
No Face/Neck Tattoos
Comfortable with restraining when needed, dealing with combative patients
Comfortable transporting patients to the morgue when needed
Comfortable with heights (may need to assist in helicopter transports back down to the E.R.)
Comfortable with needles (will need TB test and required vaccinations)
Responsibilities
Oversee that all aspects of security function on-site are performed diligently (staffing, scheduling, training)
Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met
Maintain minimal overtime as per AUS
Inspect security personnel and job performance regularly for shift compliance
Perform other operations (payroll, incident reports, security surveys, post orders)
Recommend personnel actions (positive/negative) for those under direct supervision
Respond to client requests
Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders
Provide direction and instruction to subordinates regarding duties
Disciplinary action/commendation decisions for security personnel
Recommend productivity and cost reduction to management
Recommend physical security surveys and post orders
Perform security patrols on foot or vehicle; document observations of unusual conditions
Assist de-escalation with patients; restrain combative individuals per guidelines
Transport patients to morgue as needed
Escort patients from helicopter pad to emergency room
Assist evacuations during fire, medical emergencies, natural disasters
Sound alarms or call police or fire department for fire or unauthorized persons
Warn violators of rule infractions (loitering, smoking, prohibited articles)
Permit authorized persons to enter property; monitor entrances and exits; prevent contraband
Observe departing personnel to protect company property; ensure authorized removal per client requirements
Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, suspicious activities; maintain logs per requirement
