New York, Scarsdale, Westchester County Housekeeper/ Nanny, Full-time, Live-in or Live-out Scarsdale, NY A family of five in Scarsdale, NY is seeking an experienced Housekeeper/ Nanny to help manage their home. Responsibilities will include household organization & daily upkeep, making sure common areas stay tidy, family laundry, running errands, assisting with the children’s morning and afterschool routines, as well as school pick up & shuttling them to activities, preparing & assisting with meals (particularly for the children), pet care, running errands as needed, and some traveling with the family (likely 1-2 weeks a year). Applicants must have a kind demeanor, know how to take initiative, and should have the ability to assert authority where needed. All applicants must have a valid driver’s license. Ideally, this person will be covid vaccinated. Applicants must know how to take initiative and understand how busy families and homes function. The schedule will be working Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am and 7pm. The family prefers a live-in applicant and is open to someone who needs full-time accommodations, but they are also flexible to someone wonderful who is local! Compensation is in the $1,300-1,800 a week range, depending on experience.
