Responsibilities
As a Guest Services Agent, you will greet and register guests, assist with check-out, promote hotel services, respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and handle messages. You should be able to communicate in English, maintain professionalism, work well with others, and handle various guest interactions with tact and patience. The role requires standing for extended periods and using a computer system effectively.
