Job Summary Full-time, tenure-track position in the Department of Business that includes teaching, research, mentoring of undergraduate students, and service to the university. We are open to hiring an Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor for this position. The salary range is: Assistant Professor: $55,599 - $70,043 Associate Professor: $62,927 - $84,168 Full Professor: $77,265 - $95,904 Responsibilities Teach a full load of 24 TEU per year, in-person at our Arden Hills campus. Courses may include Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Advanced Accounting, Audit, Tax, or other related courses based on expertise and departmental needs. Engage in professional and scholarly development. Perform faculty duties such as undergraduate advising, departmental responsibilities, student recruitment, and committee work. Support the university’s Christian values and liberal arts education. Mentor students in their spiritual growth and connect academic discipline with Christian faith. Promote inclusive excellence within the department and discipline. Skills Candidates should communicate disciplinary knowledge clearly, work collaboratively, utilize technology, and implement innovative solutions in teaching. Experience Successful teaching and mentoring experience is required. Ongoing professional and scholarly development is preferred. Education A master’s degree in business with an emphasis in accounting is required; a PhD or DBA is preferred. Additional Information Position starts:
