Mid to Senior level Litigation Attorney

Job Overview: A well-established national law firm is seeking a remote Litigation Attorney with at least 5 years of experience to join its Southern California litigation team. The role focuses on defending automotive manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty-related litigation. This position is ideal for a seasoned litigator with strong trial preparation skills who is licensed to practice in California. While prior experience with warranty law is not required, strong courtroom skills and litigation experience are essential.
