Job Summary
The Senior Technical Solutions Analyst is a hands‑on technical expert responsible for designing, configuring, and integrating business systems to improve workflows and operational efficiency. This role requires expertise in system integrations (APIs, data transfers), ERP configuration, QMS and PLM systems, and Office 365 automation. The analyst will work cross‑functionally to develop technical solutions, manage projects, and ensure seamless system interoperability.

Project management skills with the ability to execute and drive tasks to completion. Organize, track, and deliver technical projects on time while coordinating efforts across multiple teams.
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot ERP systems to support business processes, such as automating workflows, optimizing inventory management, improving financial reporting, and enhancing production planning.
Develop and manage system integrations (APIs, data transfers). Establish seamless data exchanges between critical systems, ensuring reliable communication across platforms such as ERP, CRM, QMS, and HR systems.
Use expertise in Office 365 tools (Power Automate, Teams, Planner, etc.). Leverage automation and collaboration tools to enhance workflows, streamline approvals, and improve task management across the business.
Preferred Skills & Responsibilities
Epicor ERP expertise, including:
Configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Epicor to align with business needs and improve operational efficiency.
Creating and maintaining BAQs (Business Activity Queries), BPMs (Business Process Management rules), dashboards, SSRS reports, and screen customizations to enhance data visibility and user experience.
Working with Epicor ECM (Enterprise Content Management) to organize, store, and retrieve documents efficiently within business processes.
Experience with Epicor Automation Studio or Workato to integrate systems and automate key workflows.
Experience working in a regulated industry or configuring Quality Management Systems (QMS). Understanding of compliance requirements and how to configure systems to support quality assurance and regulatory adherence.
SQL query development and/or administration. Ability to write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting across business systems.
Power BI development experience. Design and develop Power BI dashboards to provide real‑time insights and support data‑driven decision‑making.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects in a corporate environment.
PMP certification or equivalent expertise in advanced project management.
Strong foundational knowledge of IT systems, including networks, servers, databases, programming languages, and web technologies.
Proven experience with at least one ERP software solution.
Broad business process knowledge, with expertise in three or more areas such as Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Engineering Project Management.
Strong project planning, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary range: $125,000-$155,000.
