Epicor Analyst

Our client is a family-owned manufacturer in the retail and hospitality industry. They are seeking an Epicor Analyst to provide technical and functional analysis, design, installation, maintenance, customization, support, and modification of the Epicor ERP system. This role reports to the CEO and offers a collaborative environment with technology-driven growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with all departments to gather, analyze, and document business requirements

Configure Epicor modules to support process improvements, business needs, and best practices

Provide support for Epicor users

Lead and support process improvements

Assist in change management

Design, develop, and maintain BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, and custom reports using Epicor ICE Tools and SSRS

Develop and maintain 3rd party system integrations

Manage and execute data migrations

Requirements

Epicor Kinetic experience required

EDI and cybersecurity experience a plus

Manufacturing modules within Epicor

Knowledge of business processes, automation, and business workflows

Training and troubleshooting experience

Bi-lingual is a plus
