Salary
$85,000 – $120,000 (based on experience)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Attorney with at least one year of legal experience to join a well-established law firm in Winter Garden, FL. Job Responsibilities
Advise condominium and homeowners’ association boards and property managers on governance, compliance, and operational matters
Draft, review, and amend contracts, governing documents, and community policies
Conduct legal research and prepare opinions on association‑related issues
Attend board and membership meetings as needed to counsel clients on legal obligations and procedures
Assist with interpretation and enforcement of association covenants, restrictions, and statutory requirements
Collaborate with colleagues and clients to deliver practical, solution‑oriented legal guidance
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar
Minimum of 1 year of legal experience, preferably in community association, real estate, or transactional law
Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple matters effectively
