Community Association Attorney – Remote/Hybrid (Florida) A well-established Florida law firm is seeking an experienced Community Association Attorney to join its growing team. This exciting opportunity allows an attorney passionate about condominium and HOA association law to advise boards, navigate complex governance issues, and manage a dynamic caseload with the flexibility of a remote or hybrid work arrangement.
What You’ll Do
Serve as general counsel to condominium and HOA associations throughout Florida, advising on day‑to‑day operations, statutory compliance, and governance matters.
Draft, interpret, and amend governing documents, declarations, bylaws, resolutions, and contracts.
Represent associations in arbitration, mediation, and litigation, including covenant enforcement, collections, and construction defect claims.
Work directly with board members, property managers, and association leadership to provide practical and proactive legal solutions.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience practicing in community association, real estate, or related civil litigation.
Strong knowledge of Florida Condominium and HOA Acts.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills.
Licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar.
Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative and client‑focused environment.
