Notes Note:
This position requires employees to work on a hybrid schedule at our client’s Baltimore office (3–4 days per week on-site, with flexibility to be in the office more frequently based on business needs).
Note:
The qualified candidate for this position must have at least 5 years of experience in Trusts & Estates, with strong knowledge of Maryland probate administration.

Job Description
Handle trusts and estates administration with minimal supervision
Draft probate and trust-related documents and filings in Maryland courts
Manage case files, track deadlines, and coordinate estate planning documents
Communicate directly with clients, beneficiaries, and financial institutions
Assist with preparation of estate tax returns and related documents
Work closely with attorneys in Baltimore and occasionally support other offices
Utilize trust and estate software such as GEMs, OneSource Estate & Trust, or CCH ProSystems
Meet annual paralegal billable target of 1,300 hours
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in trusts and estates (Maryland experience required)
Paralegal certificate preferred; high school diploma or GED required
Proficiency with probate and trust administration in Maryland courts
Familiarity with estate and trust software (GEMs, OneSource, CCH ProSystems)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
