using Best Authority and finalize filings for courts and agencies Maintain matters in
Virtual Binder , manage contacts, and handle calendar coordination Submit accurate new client matters (NCMs) and ensure timely e-filing and document management in NetDocs Review and revise pre-bills, assist with audio transcription coordination, and support front desk operations 5+ years
of litigation legal secretary or coordinator experience in a law firm Proven time management, multitasking, and proactive support skills Experience with e-filing, TOC/TOA preparation, and court procedures (state & federal) Skilled in
NetDocs , iManage, Best Authority, MS Office Suite (especially Outlook and Excel) Bachelor's degree
preferred Strong communicator with a solutions-oriented mindset — someone who learns attorney work styles and stays ahead of needs Soft Skills That Shine
