NORTHEAST DELTA HUMAN SERVICES AUTHORITY MISSION:
Serve as a catalyst for individuals with mental health, developmental disabilities, and addictive disorders to help realize their full human potential by offering quality, excellent care with greater accessibility.
NEDHSA is a designated approved National Health Service Corps (NHSC) site. Clinicians working at NHSC-approved sites are eligible to apply for the NHSC Loan Repayment Program to pay off student loans.
2-year Full-Time Clinical Practice: NHSC will pay up to $50,000* for an initial 2 years of full-time clinical practice to clinicians.
(Full-time clinical practice is defined as no less than 40 hours per week, for a minimum of 45 weeks per year).

NEDHSA aims to build additional partnerships to enhance integrated behavioral and primary healthcare, fostering positive outcomes and stability through a cohesive approach.
Minimum qualifications include possession of a current Louisiana license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), with at least two years of counseling experience.

Job Duties:
Work as part of a treatment team to provide quality care and reduce stigma around behavioral health treatment.
Plan, prioritize, and manage clinical services for complex cases, including assessments and screenings per NEDHSA policy.
Attend staff trainings and complete required documentation and surveys.
Serve as backup to treatment, medical, and support staff as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
