Litigation Associate Attorney - North San Diego
A well-established boutique civil litigation firm in North San Diego is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience, ideally in business or real estate litigation. Base pay range $125,000.00/yr – $190,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Handle all phases of litigation from case initiation through trial or settlement.
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
Take and defend depositions.
Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
Manage client communication and case updates.
Collaborate closely with partners and team members on complex litigation matters.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and active member in good standing with the California Bar.
Minimum 2 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in business or real estate litigation.
Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
Experience handling discovery, depositions, and motions practice.
Excellent communication, organization, and case management abilities.
Compensation & Benefits
