$76,500.00 - $162,500.00 per year
Note:
This hybrid position requires employees to be on-site 3 days a week at our clients' New Jersey, New York City, or Boca Raton, FL office.
Note:
The qualified candidate for this position must have at least 5 years of trust and estate administration experience, including probate, tax filings, and fiduciary accounting.

Responsibilities
Handle all phases of estate and trust administration from start to finish
Manage probate filings (experience in New Jersey, New York, and Florida a plus)
Communicate directly with clients, financial planners, accountants, and other professionals
Prepare federal and state estate tax returns and fiduciary accountings
Oversee distribution of estate assets, trust funding, and deed preparation
Utilize estate tax software (ONESOURCE/Fast Tax), HotDocs, and Microsoft Word
Maintain organized records, prioritize multiple deadlines, and work closely with attorneys
Support complex estate planning matters with accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications
5+ years of trust and estate administration experience in a law firm or professional services setting
Strong knowledge of probate, tax filings, and fiduciary accountings
Proficiency with estate tax software (ONESOURCE/Fast Tax) and HotDocs preferred
Excellent organizational, communication, and mathematical skills
College degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred (JD/paralegal hybrid candidates will be considered)
Ability to manage complex cases and interact with high-net-worth clients professionally
