We are seeking an experienced
Product Liability Defense Attorney
to join a highly respected litigation firm in California. The firm is recognized among the
Top 200 law firms in the U.S.
and is known for its commitment to diversity, professional development, and work-life balance. This role offers a
hybrid work environment (2 days onsite)
from either
Pasadena, CA
or
Cerritos, CA .
Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of
product liability, mass tort, and complex litigation
matters.
Draft and argue
motions, pleadings, discovery responses, and settlement agreements .
Take and defend
depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts .
Conduct detailed
legal research
and prepare case evaluations and risk assessments.
Represent clients in
court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trials .
Collaborate closely with clients, in-house counsel, and co-defense counsel to develop effective litigation strategies.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Must be
licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar .
Minimum of
2+ years of product liability defense experience .
Strong understanding of
California civil procedure and discovery rules .
Excellent
legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills .
Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits The annual salary for this position is between
$150,000 – $180,000 . Pay within this range will vary based on location, skills, education, and experience.
