An MSP in the Moorestown, NJ area is looking for a full time Level 1/Level 2 Support Analyst. They are seeking an individual with strong experience in Windows OS, Windows server support, and the ability to work heavily with the M365 stack. This opportunity is a client-facing role, making it ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients while troubleshooting and providing IT support. A strong candidate will also have experience providing network support. Responsibilities
Provide 60% troubleshooting and problem resolution, and 40% client communication. Deliver hardware/software support and Windows Server support as part of daily tasks. Support and manage M365 environments for clients. Work in a client-facing capacity, communicating clearly with stakeholders and end users. Required Skills & Experience
