Lead network modernization across 7 facilities and 3 satellite offices Replace legacy Cisco systems with scalable, secure solutions Collaborate with Systems Engineers to align infrastructure with business goals Design and maintain networks across on-prem, cloud, and virtual environments Monitor performance, deploy patches, and mitigate threats Support VOIP, remote access, and Wi-Fi infrastructure Travel occasionally for on-site implementation and support What You Bring
4+ years of network engineering experience in multi-site or enterprise environments Hands-on expertise with routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, NAT Experience transitioning away from Cisco platforms Strong communication and collaboration skills Bonus points for CCNA/CCNP, Azure, Meraki, and large enterprise experience Why You’ll Love Working Here

Base Salary Range: $65,000–$75,000 Quarterly Bonus Structure: Begins accruing from day one Minimum ROA bonus: 20% annually, paid quarterly Expected bonus: Up to 40% annually, based on performance Total Compensation Examples: $65K base + 20% bonus = $78K total comp $75K base + 40% bonus = $105K total comp Other Benefits
