This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence strategic decisions at the highest levels. ★ Key Responsibilities Partner with IT and business leaders to develop dashboards and analytics tools Support data cleansing efforts for legacy systems and institutional databases Collaborate with general managers across national platforms to influence strategic initiatives Utilize Salesforce (T-CRM, Einstein Analytics), Tableau, and Qlik to manage and analyze data Apply marketing insights to improve sales strategy through enhanced data visualization Present findings to leadership with clarity and confidence ★ Ideal Candidate Traits Strong Data Management Background - Experienced with data warehouses and analytics tools Analytical & Strategic Thinker - Skilled at identifying patterns and optimizing reporting Self-Driven & Proactive - Works independently while collaborating across teams Presentation-Ready - Comfortable sharing insights and guiding leadership discussions Process- & Detail-Oriented - Values structured data management as a driver of success ★ Preferred Skills & Experience (Don't have all of these?
